Produktmanager – OT-Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Taking on the 360° responsibility for the OT-Security product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle (Launch, Growth, Maturity, Phase-out)

• Developing and maintaining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for OT-Security solutions

• Advancing existing products and creating new solutions (Greenfield) for critical infrastructures and other segments

• Strategically aligning the portfolio while considering market trends and regulatory developments (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443)

• Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, and Pre-Sales for product launch and positioning

• Building and nurturing sustainable relationships with partners and suppliers at the CXO level, including contract negotiations

• Continuous market, competition, and trend analysis in the field of OT/ICS-Security

• Working closely with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and innovation potential

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B environment for complex IT/OT solutions

• 3 - 5 years of proven experience in the area of OT-Security / ICS-Security

• Solid knowledge of OT environments, industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, DNP3), and relevant standards (IEC 62443, NERC CIP, NIS2)

• Strong strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at the C-Level

• Strong customer and market orientation, combined with analytical strength
