Productivity Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +30 more states.

📋 Description

• You will be a self-assured and driven professional with previous operational experience in the hospitality sector.

• This role requires collaboration with our Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams throughout all phases of the customer journey, offering solution and industry-related knowledge and expertise.

• You will gain a comprehensive understanding of Fourth’s customers and advise their teams on optimizing their returns through the use of Fourth’s scheduling tools.

• This position entails visiting customer sites across the United States; therefore, flexibility in working hours is essential.

• You will cultivate strong relationships and serve as a representative for the company and our products, providing consultation on best practices and sharing industry insights and expertise.

• Gathering and organizing information and data necessary for the creation of demand metrics within various Scheduling solutions.

• Delivering a prepared solution that includes scheduling metrics as part of the implementation process.

• Ensuring all qualified sales opportunities receive support throughout the sales cycle.

• Aiding in the successful implementation of the Scheduling solutions through customer engagement sessions, training, and ongoing support.

• Enhancing user adoption and return on investment for Fourth’s customers.

• Operational experience in the industry.

• Proven experience in consulting with customers and resolving issues through innovative technical solutions.

• Balanced and perceptive, with the ability to identify and tactfully communicate productivity opportunities to clients.

• Capability to swiftly comprehend customer needs and design appropriate solutions, leveraging relevant experience and best practices.

• Outstanding skills in presentation, solution demonstration, training, and meeting facilitation.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
