Production Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of staff within the production department

• Evaluate and authorize all production timelines

• Manage operating expenses and capital, focusing on enhancing operational efficiencies and production output

• Ensure that products are manufactured in line with quality standards while maintaining effective production processes

• Achieve manufacturing employee objectives by clearly communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and assessing job performance

• Implement all systems, policies, and procedures, while mentoring, advising, and disciplining employees as necessary

• Promote a safe working environment and guarantee that all employees adhere to safety protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering is preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role involving people or projects

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ERP/MRP systems

• Established understanding and implementation of lean manufacturing principles

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical abilities

• Proficient in computer skills

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
