This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Overseeing all elements of the online inspection and production workflow, which encompasses heavy equipment and truck inspections, research, photography/video, descriptions, and logistics.
• Collaborating with our clients, including tasks such as loading and unloading, customer support, and troubleshooting.
• Organizing and coordinating heavy equipment inspections with our partners and customers.
• Supporting construction equipment and customer needs, involving loading, unloading, minor repairs, customer assistance, and troubleshooting as necessary.
• Upholding industry-leading customer service standards with our sellers and buyers, managing customer inquiries, disputes, and fostering positive resolutions while promoting a culture of Doing the Right Thing.
• Comprehending online sales, merchandising, auctions, and platforms like eBay.
• Conducting research on a diverse array of assets through internet and various resources.
• Developing, maintaining, implementing, and adhering to policies and practices that ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Crafting professional asset descriptions that are informative, detailed, accurate, and tailored for global buyers.
• Maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborating with all departments to ensure superior satisfaction for all customers, both buyers and sellers.
• Gaining knowledge of all business aspects and driving positive changes in our processes and capabilities.
• Experience with heavy equipment and machinery, including construction equipment, agricultural machinery, trucks, or industrial equipment.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical, fleet, rental, service, or related equipment fields.
• Significant experience in customer engagement, service, and support.
• Strong mechanical skills and diagnostic experience with equipment.
• Proficient in computer skills, applications, and internet navigation.
• Some background in photography and/or video is recommended.
• Demonstrated experience in people, partner, and team management.
• Familiarity with various internet technologies, including eBay, is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Capability to manage projects involving multiple tasks, resources, and customer interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and a mechanical inclination.
• Ability to regularly climb on and inspect large construction equipment.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including travel to customer locations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with being a great team player.
• Vertical expertise – a helpful background includes heavy equipment & machinery, construction equipment rental, service and sales/marketing, auction sales, remarketing, etc.
