Production Planner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Ensure that all essential documentation (such as ASI, BOM, approved samples, and QAP) is thoroughly completed and in alignment before production commences.

• Follow up with suppliers regarding timelines for samples, tooling, and mass production.

• Oversee the production process and identify potential risks related to capacity, quality, and delays.

• Coordinate QA/QC inspections and laboratory testing, both before and during mass production.

• Ensure that inspection results accurately represent the final mass-produced items.

• Request and store photographic evidence of final goods and palletized products prior to shipment.

• Manage logistics and confirm the accuracy of shipping documentation.

• Update Client Ops, Quality, and Procurement on production progress, changes, and risks.

• Maintain comprehensive traceability of approvals, deviations, and corrective actions.

• Prepare and present organized weekly status reports.

• Clear and professional communication skills when interacting with internal teams and suppliers.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Experience in roles related to production follow-up, supply chain, or quality assurance.

• Basic knowledge of QA/QC and compliance processes.

• Proficient IT skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

• Commitment to health and safety protocols, including adherence to procedures and immediate reporting of unsafe conditions.
