This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Pipeline Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for the development, monitoring, and efficiency of the enterprise-level sales pipeline (MQL to SQL to Pipeline Value).
• Team Management: Serve as the direct supervisor for the internal marketing team, setting KPIs, removing obstacles, and overseeing daily operations.
• Enterprise Demand Gen Strategy: Create, implement, and enhance multi-channel demand generation campaigns specifically designed for high-ACV (Annual Contract Value) enterprise clients.
• Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with Sales and leadership to enhance the GTM engine, refine our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) playbooks, and bolster strategic selling efforts.
• Reporting: Provide straightforward, data-driven metrics to executive leadership, with a strong focus on pipeline ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
• Proven B2B SaaS Scaling Experience: You should have a history of being an early marketing leader or significant growth contributor at a rapidly expanding B2B SaaS organization, staying long enough to witness the cumulative effect of your strategies.
• Expertise in Enterprise Pipeline Generation: You must have demonstrable experience in building pipelines for enterprise-level buyers ($100k+ ACV) and know how to penetrate deeply into complex buying committees.
• The "Doer" DNA: You are exceptionally tactical. While you understand the overall vision, you are prepared to get hands-on, write copy, develop campaigns, analyze data, and execute tasks directly.
• Command of the Modern GTM Stack: Extensive, hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM integration (Salesforce), ABM orchestration platforms, and intent data tools.
