
Production Manager, Streaming Lounge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Take charge of the programming roadmap and weekly lounge schedule for streamers/creators, recurring shows, and partner live events.
• Oversee daily operations of the lounge, functioning as a working studio within a live high-limit casino, in collaboration with Production Tech, Casino Operations, and Property teams.
• Create show formats, run-of-show, and production requirements, including tournament and challenge formats driven by leaderboards.
• Handle booking, scheduling, and on-site experiences for resident creators, guest talent, rated players, internal hosts, and external creator partners.
• Provide creative direction for signature shows and major events, managing all phases from pre-production to post-production.
• Collaborate with Casino Marketing and hosts to synchronize programming with the rated player experience and consistently execute creator/partner deal points.
• Work in partnership with MGM Interactive, Brand, and external agencies to link programming with online content, social campaigns, and product moments.
• Maintain publishing strategies for owned and partner channels, including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Monitor performance against lounge KPIs (reach, watch time, retention, engagement, CTR, conversion, on-property/halo indicators) and adjust formats, scheduling, and distribution as needed.
• Define content deliverables (hero streams, cutdowns, clips, BTS, sizzles) and ensure timely delivery across digital, social, and paid media.
• Guarantee that programming adheres to brand standards, responsible gaming practices, gaming regulations (e.g., Nevada Gaming Control Board), and legal/clearance prerequisites; manage releases and approvals with Legal.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, TV/Film, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in content programming, digital media, live production, or social/streaming channel management is necessary.
• Proven experience in content programming/production and/or streaming channel management is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of live streaming and studio production; a working understanding of the creator economy and creator/talent partnership models is preferred.
• Experience in or alongside regulated, operationally complex environments such as casino/gaming, hospitality, live entertainment, or broadcasting is preferred.
