This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Address customer concerns directly or escalate them to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping within internal CRM and support systems.
• Monitor customer requests, follow up on outstanding issues, and guarantee prompt resolutions.
• Work alongside internal teams to facilitate process enhancements and effective problem-solving.
• Participate in the ongoing improvement of customer service standards.
• Deliver results and fulfill service-level expectations even in challenging circumstances.
• Fluent in English and German, capable of conducting business communication at a B2 level or higher.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing positions.
• Experience with international clients, particularly UK customers, is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage unforeseen situations.
• Open to working in a rapidly growing business environment.
• Proficient with digital tools and internal systems for managing customer communications.
• Access to a comfortable workspace with reliable internet and the capability to participate in conference calls (position is fully remote).
