This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Oversee and manage various aspects of large-scale projects from the planning phase through to execution.
• Collaborate with all THE•TEAM account teams to ensure impeccable project delivery that aligns with the client’s goals and established budget.
• Manage relationships with vendors in areas such as audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital technology, venues, labor, and other necessary project execution partners to ensure all agency suppliers adhere to THE•TEAM standards of sustainability, ethical purchasing, diversity, quality control, and pricing structure.
• Maintain regular communication with both the agency and client teams regarding roles, responsibilities, budget, schedules, and project status.
• Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets exceeding $250k, ensuring projects are accurately budgeted to meet financial targets.
• Create production schedules and run-of-show timelines, ensuring adherence to key deliverables essential for program success.
• Build and nurture effective client relationships, ensuring all client needs are promptly addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with THE•TEAM’s trusted suppliers and third parties throughout the project duration.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment that reflects the company's culture and values.
• Encourage a team-oriented atmosphere and provide direction and guidance, including coaching, professional development, and training; support team members in achieving deliverables and establish best practices in project management.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2-4 years of relevant and progressively responsible operations experience, preferably in the experiential, sports, or entertainment sectors.
• Comfort in working as a key member of a team-oriented environment.
• A consistently solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lead and motivate team members, fostering positive morale.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing workloads while collaborating with others to meet deadlines proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Experience in an agency environment is preferred.
