Production Health and Safety Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Offer coaching and assistance to teams regarding health and safety protocols

• Perform regular inspections and audits

• Create Health and Safety Plans tailored to specific projects

• Address incidents and manage necessary follow-up actions

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a health and safety position within a comparable work setting

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards, including OSHA and MSHA

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Health and Safety or a related discipline

• Relevant certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) or the capability to obtain it

• Experience in the implementation of H&S management systems
