Production Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Arrange travel, accommodation, and ground transportation across various markets while adhering to budget constraints.

• Create and distribute precise, complete, and timely call sheets.

• Monitor releases, permits, and insurance certificates to ensure all documentation is properly filed.

• Manage the movement of equipment, including carnets, shipping, and physical kit logistics.

• Assist creators with travel arrangements, including visas, itineraries, and related details.

• Keep producers informed about logistics status and respond to requests within a 24-hour timeframe.

• Review AI-generated documents for accuracy before distribution under the Beautiful Destinations brand.

• Aid in internal capacity planning efforts.

• Assist in the development of contracts for creators, freelancers, and suppliers.

• Provide operational support directly to the Chief Business Officer (CBO).

• Familiarize yourself with the creator network, support outreach initiatives, and contribute to its growth.

• Observe shoots and take on additional tasks aimed at enhancing production capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in production coordination, including TV, film, commercial, branded content, or within a studio production environment.

• Proven ability to maintain documentation discipline.

• Practical booking experience, demonstrating the capacity to reconstruct a travel plan under pressure, rather than simply creating one from scratch.

• Proficient in spreadsheet management and collaborative document usage.

• Ability to communicate swiftly and clearly across different time zones.

• Aspirations to advance to a Producer role.

• Regular use of AI tools in daily tasks.
