Production Assistant, Vertical Video

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in capturing and clipping content, organizing files, performing basic edits, managing exports, and overseeing asset management.

• Provide support to producers during shoots with tasks related to lighting, audio, equipment, talent movement, and overall setup.

• Aid in fulfilling urgent needs for TV, PLEs, live events, PC/NXT, talent shoots, backstage coverage, and partner requests.

• Propose innovative social-first content ideas and assist in their execution.

• Ensure that all content is created and optimized for publication on social media platforms.

• Stay updated on WWE programming, storylines, talent, brands, and products.

• Assist in internal and external partner shoots involving talent, executives, and key WWE initiatives.

• Provide support for social content ideas and trends as necessary.

• Help monitor successful posts, highlight exceptional moments, and track basic performance achievements from assigned coverage.

• Travel as needed based on coverage requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital/social video production, ideally within the sports, entertainment, and/or television sectors.

• Experience in content creation, video editing, and collaboration in the social media arena.

• Demonstrated ability to generate and produce engaging content.

• Proven track record of independently developing and publishing captivating content across various platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in video production and editing software such as Adobe Premiere and CapCut.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to perform well under pressure.

• Willingness to work a flexible, non-traditional schedule that includes nights and weekends.

• Familiarity with WWE shows and talent is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional grammar and diction skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively.
