Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily graphic support to the partner.

• Create mockups and convert logos into vector format.

• Develop presentation decks from concept to final output.

• Vectorize logos, save them in appropriate file formats, and generate mock-ups for the sales team.

• Set type and imprint sizes on promotional merchandise.

• Design graphics and layouts for product illustrations.

• Retrieve product templates from supplier websites to create proofs.

• Dispatch proofs to customers for their review and approval.

• Transition approved orders into production and track order status to avoid delays.

• Liaise with internal teams and clients regarding modifications or recommendations.

• Evaluate project specifics and produce final products that meet requirements.

• Undertake related ad hoc tasks.

• A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums.

• Capability to provide and accept constructive feedback.

• Extensive experience and proven success in artwork design and finalization.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in working collaboratively within a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of demonstrated experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in other relevant roles.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication abilities.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign.

• Technically proficient with a solid understanding of file formats, image optimization methods, and color management.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities through effective organization while meeting strict deadlines.

• Comprehensive portfolio displaying both creative and technical graphic-design skills with a knack for delivering visually compelling designs.
