• Oversee the training and ongoing development of the core AI/LLM model, providing robust and highly dependable analysis.
• Manage the explainability layer that generates audit-ready evidence on demand, and ensure the reliability engineering that maintains consistent platform performance in real-world settings.

• Experience in deploying LLM-powered systems in production environments where incorrect outputs had significant consequences — not mere prototypes or demonstrations.

• Preference for systems that maintain consistent performance in the field as opposed to those that only perform well in controlled environments.
• Prepared to function as a principal — setting the technical direction, making decisive decisions amidst uncertainty, and owning the resulting outcomes.
• Strongly preferred: previous experience as a founder, founding engineer, or in early-stage technical leadership; background in legal tech, RegTech, fintech compliance, healthcare, or another high-trust regulated sector; familiarity with the U.S. wealth management ecosystem, including SEC and FINRA workflows, marketing review, communications surveillance, and trade monitoring; direct experience with self-hosting or privately deploying foundation models.
• Competitive salary and equity opportunities.
• Flexible working environment with remote work options.
• Comprehensive health benefits including dental and vision.
• Opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
• Collaborative and innovative team culture.
