This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact for technical product assistance
• Address product support inquiries promptly and professionally
• Deliver advanced troubleshooting assistance for medical devices and software applications
• Work collaboratively across various teams to identify and resolve product-related challenges
• Ensure accurate maintenance of support tickets and documentation
• Support product launches and software updates
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is mandatory
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical support, product support, customer support, or help desk roles is required
• Preferred experience in supporting hardware devices, software applications, and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Knowledge of CRM systems, ticketing platforms, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based support tools
