This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accurately and efficiently address agent queries received through support tickets and phone calls.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Agent Experience and Support team to ensure prompt resolution of agent-related issues.
• Forward complex or specialized requests to the appropriate internal teams, such as Onboarding, Marketing, MLS, and Engineering.
• Conduct virtual product, platform, and program demonstrations with agents via Zoom or Google Meet when necessary.
• Recognize recurring issues and agent challenges, collaborating with your manager and team to suggest process enhancements.
• Assist agents in effectively utilizing Real’s technology, tools, and services to foster positive business results.
• A robust service-oriented mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting agents and their enterprises.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong listening capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating sound judgment in a dynamic support environment.
• Keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple requests and priorities concurrently.
• Comfort in building trust and credibility with agents and internal stakeholders.
• Interest in real estate technology and the evolving tools within the industry.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in customer support, client success, or similar client-facing roles.
• At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, including roles such as agent assistant, transaction coordinator, or settlement specialist.
• Familiarity with the real estate transaction process.
• Experience using customer support platforms like Zendesk is preferred.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace is preferred.
• Ability to rapidly learn new systems, tools, and real estate concepts.
• Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates must be based in India to be considered.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
