This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Support Autodesk Tandem customers by addressing inquiries and issues through various communication channels.
• Diligently manage customer cases by accurately logging information.
• Conduct research, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot to resolve customer cases.
• Comprehend customer needs and provide proactive recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Escalate critical issues and collaborate with engineering teams for effective resolution.
• Keep customers informed about issue status, resolution timelines, and potential workarounds.
• Generate reports that analyze trends in customer issues and maintain insights for support.
• Contribute to the development of our knowledge base by sharing your expertise on our products.
• Represent the customers’ interests by actively engaging in our community message boards.
• Create and present impactful content to help customers maximize their technology investment.
• Over 5 years of experience in the BIM, Architecture, Construction industry, or related areas.
• More than 8 years of experience in customer support within the software industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to engage and present to both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills along with problem-solving, decision-making, and facilitation abilities.
• Capacity to convey intricate workflows clearly to both live and virtual audiences.
