This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• In this position, you will engage closely with customers on a daily basis. Ashby is a multifaceted and intricate product, so you can anticipate addressing everything from resolving complex integrations to assisting customers with detailed workflows and best practices.

• Additionally, you will dedicate time to projects aimed at enhancing our operations. Previous initiatives our team has undertaken include:

• - Absorbing and synthesizing highly technical work from our Engineering Team to create enablement for the technical advancement of the broader Support Team.

• - Developing workflow automation to foster improved team cohesion and effectiveness.

• You possess experience and enthusiasm for mastering the intricacies of a complex and swiftly evolving product.

• You exhibit curiosity—both in engaging with customers and in devising solutions that enhance our workflows. You strive to uncover answers that go beyond the surface.

• You have strong problem-solving capabilities. You excel at defining the scope of an issue and developing a comprehensive solution.

• You take pride in delighting customers. You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring your responses are thorough and clear, while demonstrating empathy throughout the process.

• You prioritize taking ownership in resolving customer issues. When faced with a problem, you proactively make principled decisions to address it.

• You have provided B2B support to customers, ranging from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations.
