This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Engaging with customers through email, online chat, and phone calls to resolve their inquiries and issues.
• Delivering prompt and precise answers to all customer inquiries, ensuring a delightful customer experience.
• Assisting clients in setting up and troubleshooting their accounts.
• Confirming customer identities to uphold account security.
• Effectively managing a high volume of customer interactions with efficiency.
• Identifying and evaluating customer needs, taking appropriate actions to ensure satisfaction.
• Supplying customers with accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Addressing customer complaints by providing suitable solutions and alternatives within established timeframes, and following up to confirm resolution.
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and organizing documents systematically.
• Adhering to company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Going above and beyond to engage and delight customers.
• Aiming to achieve and surpass defined productivity and performance targets.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support, ideally in a contact center or similar setting.
• Experience using Zendesk is essential.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English.
• Must have a personal laptop or desktop that meets the minimum specifications (Processor: at least i5, RAM: at least 8GB).
• A stable and reliable internet connection is required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software applications.
