Product Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the Product Support Backlog.

• Keep the CX, Engineering, and Business teams informed and updated.

• Efficiently resolve issues escalated by the first support level (CX team).

• Regularly monitor our tools, respond to alerts, and create new monitoring systems as needed.

• Participate in Incident Management and post-mortem procedures (detection, Incident creation, research, follow-up).

• Generate comprehensive reports on KPIs and trends.

• Be available for the on-call rotation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience as a product support analyst, business analyst, functional analyst, data analyst, or in a related field.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Experience in leading or managing Incident Response processes.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.

• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and proficiency in writing detailed user stories.

• Ability to execute intermediate SQL queries.

• Knowledge of API tools such as Postman, along with the ability to conduct basic tests.
