This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Resolve issues utilizing spreadsheets, databases, statistical software, and various resources to compile and analyze data and information.
• Process data for the purposes of software testing and maintenance.
• Validate the output generated by software.
• Develop materials to address client inquiries on an as-needed basis.
• Organize and document project files thoroughly.
• Support research and development along with marketing initiatives to foster business growth.
• Review colleagues’ work for technical precision.
• Utilize AI-powered tools (such as generative AI and automation platforms) to enhance research capabilities, analysis, and workflow efficiency.
• Exercise sound judgment when interpreting AI outputs, which includes validating their accuracy, recognizing limitations, and ensuring proper usage.
• Continuously assess and improve personal workflows to integrate new tools and best practices.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts verbally and in writing to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and word processing software.
• A college degree in a STEM-related field such as actuarial science, mathematics, data science, statistics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline.
• A sense of curiosity and self-motivation.
• Solid understanding of statistics.
• Experience in project management.
• Familiarity with VBA.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Experience with statistical programming languages, including SAS, Python, or R.
• Knowledge of state management and version control tools such as Docker and Git.
• Familiarity with large-scale machine learning tools/platforms like Databricks.
