This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee and coordinate software deployments, implementations, training, technical documentation, and various support functions for software products.
• Strategize, assess, schedule, and implement PMRT software solutions tailored for a range of government environments.
• Evaluate the utilization of PMRT software products among current clients to ensure optimal relevance and efficiency.
• Create and uphold training programs for all PMRT software offerings.
• Organize both in-person and virtual training sessions aimed at specific role certifications.
• Facilitate online training that covers fundamental user skills as well as more advanced and detailed functionalities.
• Update PMRT online help resources with new features and modifications to existing functionalities.
• Supervise the PMRT help desk by delivering prompt telephone and email support to users.
• Collaborate with the software development team to document issues and address reported outages.
• Maintain a continuous understanding of PMRT software design, development, and release activities to guarantee that training, documentation, and support materials are precise, comprehensive, and consistent with current system capabilities.
• At least four (4) years of experience in government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management, or a related field within a Department of Defense (DoD) organization.
• Capability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel within the organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with customers and end-users of the software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and motivational skills.
• A critical thinker who is expected to articulate and defend their views.
• Experience with IDS products, including CCaR and PMRT, is preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD finance, contracting, acquisition, and logistics systems is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• Four (4) or more years of relevant work experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
