Product Specialist – Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to establish and implement new product features and enhancements.

• Design, configure, test, validate, and document all new product functionalities and improvements.

• Analyze business processes and market demands to uncover opportunities for product innovation and optimization.

• Drive ongoing product development by suggesting enhancements aimed at usability, automation, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• Engage in discovery sessions, backlog refinement, solution design workshops, and initiatives related to the product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with technical teams to define and facilitate integrations between OMS+, SAP, AI-driven tools, and third-party platforms.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, test, and validate bug fixes and product enhancements from end to end.

• Support the creation of product documentation, feature definitions, release notes, and ensure go-to-market readiness.

• Research and assess emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation capabilities, to enhance the product offering.

• Serve as a product subject matter expert for SAP SD and OMS+ processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and configuring SD modules with a minimum of 4 full-cycle implementation projects.

• Comprehensive experience with the SD functional module and a solid understanding of cross-functional applications, integrating other modules such as FI, MM, and LE.

• Excellent grasp of SD concepts, including customer and product hierarchy, catalogs, master contracts, variant configuration, serial numbers, batch management, pricing, make-to-order, stock transfer order, material determination, text determination, partner determination, advanced ATP, new output management, advance returns, and billing plans.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable product solutions.

• Experience in designing, configuring, testing, and documenting functional solutions and product enhancements.

• Theoretical knowledge of AI tools and assistants such as Claude, Joule, MCP, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.

• Interest in or experience with AI-based solutions, automation tools, copilots, or intelligent workflows.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• General understanding of accounting business processes related to SD accounting documents.

• Knowledge of material management and DMS is preferred.

• Experience in Public Cloud implementations is a plus.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams.
