Product Specialist – Chromatography & Spectroscopy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Channel Partner Managers and the distributor network to formulate and implement go-to-market strategies for chemistries and supplies throughout Latin America.

• Empower channel partners through technical training, product demonstrations, and sales assistance to enhance product adoption.

• Act as a reliable technical advisor for customers and partners regarding chromatography, spectroscopy, and sample preparation solutions.

• Recognize growth opportunities within the distributor network and aid in pipeline development for chemistries and supplies.

• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear customer benefits and business impact.

• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to achieving regional growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related scientific field.

• Over 4 years of experience in account management, technical sales, or a similar commercial position.

• Experience with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models is preferred.

• A background in technical support, training, or consultative selling is valued.

• Strong understanding of one or more of the following: Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC, HPLC, UHPLC), Sample Preparation techniques, Spectroscopy.

• Familiarity with LC-MS and GC-MS applications is preferred.

• Knowledge of analytical instrumentation and associated consumables.
