Product Specialist, Cairo – Heliopolis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Accountable for achieving medical sales goals while managing various priorities and projects within a specific sales territory.

• Implementing a sales strategy within a designated territory to increase awareness and knowledge of the (Line) product lineup.

• Establishing and maintaining sales targets within the assigned area through defined territory sales strategies and expense plan objectives.

• Monitoring and evaluating monthly and quarterly sales performance and taking necessary actions when needed.

• Creating and executing special initiatives within the territory to optimize sales opportunities.

• Building and nurturing professional relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare institutions.

• Effectively promoting and detailing the advantages of the promoted products to professionals and paraprofessionals in the medical sector using well-planned promotional strategies.

• Offering expert support in the creation and facilitation of medical education programs for key opinion leaders.

• Maintaining a high level of knowledge regarding products and diseases relevant to the therapeutic areas assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Skilled in providing consultative solutions to senior medical professionals.

• Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships.

• Successfully led requirements development sessions and workshops in a software environment.

• Created project documentation that captures requirements, such as functional requirements specifications or requirements traceability matrices.

• Showcased excellent project management skills from initial planning to final delivery.

• Assumed responsibility for end-to-end processes, from engaging stakeholders in the initial meetings to obtaining sign-off on deliverables and outputs.
