This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• You will serve as the initial point of contact for our clients.
• Taking responsibility for customer-reported issues and ensuring they are resolved.
• Leading product demonstrations and addressing customer inquiries.
• Investigating, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer challenges.
• Delivering prompt and precise feedback to customers.
• Ensuring all issues are properly documented and closed.
• Responding to inquiries via email, phone calls, and live video calls.
• Discovering ways to exceed customer expectations.
• Up to two years of experience in a related role or field.
• Achieved a math score of 85% or higher in your 10th-grade examinations.
• Previous experience in a start-up environment or in a customer support capacity.
• Strong analytical skills, as our product is heavily focused on math and numbers.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with databases (including SQL queries), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Zohodesk or other customer support/service software.
