This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for driving product sales to both new and existing clients to achieve sales goals and enhance market presence.
• Meet designated sales targets and expand market share.
• Manage multiple accounts within a specified territory or geographical area.
• Execute Market Development Activities in accordance with company policies.
• Deliver pre-arranged sales presentations and demonstrate the proper use of products to Medical Practitioners.
• Reach out to and schedule meetings with prospective customers.
• Actively promote and facilitate Professional Education initiatives to improve the knowledge of Healthcare Professionals.
• Conduct regular visits to customer locations to collect information on orders and assess market conditions.
• Manage contract and/or tender activities effectively.
• Collaborate with the supply and logistics teams to guarantee product availability.
• Follow up with clients and offer technical and professional assistance.
• Analyze and develop sales forecasts for business planning by account and submit them to management.
• Prepare necessary sales reports and documentation.
• Continuously monitor end customer consumption trends and implement improvement plans.
• Provide timely reports on customer meetings and sample evaluations using the company's software platform as per management directives.
• Adhere strictly to compliance guidelines.
• Minimum education requirement: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred qualification: Master’s degree in business management.
• Familiarity with computer applications, such as MS Office and CRM software, is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Surgical Devices.
• Preferred candidates will have a background in Wound care and Wound closure.
