This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of Enterprise and Wholesale B2B products, from initial concept to launch and continuous optimization.

• Identify market opportunities within the entire B2B portfolio, including fiber-based solutions like DIA, Metro-E, Wavelengths, Backhaul, Dark Fiber, and customized connectivity options.

• Develop product roadmaps that align with the company's growth objectives and network capabilities.

• Convert customer and market needs into precise product definitions, pricing models, and service specifications.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis.

• Interact directly with enterprise customers, carriers, hyperscalers, and partners.

• Assist with strategic customer engagements and responses to RFPs.

• Create business cases and pricing strategies.

• Ensure that products achieve revenue and margin targets.

• Monitor the performance and lifecycle health of products.

• Act as the main liaison among Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and IT.

• Guarantee the feasibility and scalability of products.

• Lead product launches and facilitate sales enablement.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for complex deals.

• Establish service standards and SLAs.

• Track KPIs and drive ongoing improvements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in product or solution management within the telecom or fiber broadband sector.

• Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise and wholesale connectivity products (DIA, Metro-E, Wavelengths, Dark Fiber).

• Experience collaborating with network engineering and operations teams.

• Demonstrated ability to develop business cases and manage P&L or product financials.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
