This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Responsible for sales within a specified geographic area, promoting products, services, parts, solutions, or projects.
• Leverages comprehensive knowledge of the assigned sales territory, product offerings, markets, sales methodologies, and customer demographics to implement commercial strategies through analytical reasoning and practical sales acumen.
• Exhibits awareness of best practices and understands how their role integrates with wider business operations; stays informed about competitors and market differentiators.
• Utilizes sound judgment and suggests solutions that extend beyond standard parameters to tackle moderately complex, day-to-day challenges related to projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer interactions.
• Effectively prioritizes information for decision-making, applying technical expertise, analytical reasoning, and insights from various internal and limited external sources.
• Primarily functions as an individual contributor, necessitating strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Acts as a resource and mentor to junior colleagues.
• May oversee small, low-risk projects that require minimal resources.
• Communicates clearly, fosters consensus within the team, articulates performance expectations, and may address sensitive matters with professionalism.
• Extensive experience in Sales & Sales.
• Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma accompanied by relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
