This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.
β’ Accomplish business targets for the designated territory, such as increasing product/service penetration within accounts.
β’ The role of the Product Sales Executive entails clinical product positioning, delivering product presentations, and facilitating clinical discussions.
β’ Responsible for steering the creation and implementation of strategic account plans to guarantee the realization of assigned business objectives and budgets.
β’ Foster, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key management personnel within the customer organization.
β’ Assist management in crafting sales strategies and plans, as well as in developing forecasts, budgets, and operating plans for product sales channels.
β’ Ensure that Account Executives possess comprehensive knowledge of XP Products to effectively drive business growth.
β’ Expected travel up to 70%, averaging 3-4 days per week.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field or an advanced degree where applicable, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
β’ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or product specialist role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
β’ Proven experience managing substantial quotas and navigating lengthy sales cycles, along with a demonstrated record of meeting and surpassing those quotas.
β’ Must maintain a clean driving record.
