This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and take charge of a pioneering AI-native Voice of the Customer program.
• Create and sustain feedback mechanisms that convert customer experiences into product development insights.
• Facilitate scalable prioritization of bugs effectively.
• Act as the primary escalation point between frontline support and engineering teams.
• Serve as the key product authority within User Ops and the wider organization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on significant initiatives related to your area of expertise.
• Assist in enhancing the tools and infrastructure that enable more scalable quality operations.
• Extensive product and technical expertise.
• Proven experience in technical support, software engineering, or a senior role related to quality assurance.
• Strong skills in debugging and reproducing issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Self-motivated individual with a thirst for knowledge, a dislike for repetitive tasks, a proactive approach, and the confidence to navigate uncertain situations.
