• Develop successful Casino products for mobile, tablet, desktop, and other platforms within an Agile framework.
• Create detailed and clear written specifications for new products and features.
• Design high-quality reskins based on existing assets and visual guidelines.
• Establish clear, structured tasks for upcoming features, updates, or visual alterations.
• Decompose larger features or visual updates into smaller, manageable subtasks with defined priorities.
• Ability to translate specifications into user stories for the development team.
• Define and communicate the product vision in collaboration with teams of Developers, Designers, QA, studio teams, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee game production, setting daily, short-term, and long-term objectives, while ensuring that production stays on schedule.
• Address product development challenges, prioritizing product features effectively.
• Assist the Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management departments in their initiatives to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure that new products and features are assessed for usability and performance, utilizing focus group testing when necessary to analyze market trends, and conducting research on products, customers, competitors, and trends.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner with software development teams.
• In-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Exceptional analytical skills.
• Capable of collaborating with both established and newly formed teams, challenging and empowering them to continually improve.
• Strong remote work capabilities.
• Proven track record in driving and creating product concepts, and developing outstanding, robust solutions in collaboration with your teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining precision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in English.
