This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Translate requirements and support the product roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user needs.

• Act as the main business representative for Salesforce projects, making sure that customer and stakeholder requirements are considered in product decisions.

• Collaborate with business teams to grasp priorities and convert them into well-defined user stories, process requirements, and backlog items.

• Maintain and manage a prioritized Salesforce product backlog, encompassing enhancements, defects, integrations, and operational improvements.

• Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Salesforce functionalities.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to synchronize releases.

• Assist in delivering Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrated systems.

• Assess the technical feasibility of proposed features and collaborate with technical teams on solution alternatives and trade-offs.

• Keep abreast of the Salesforce data model, automation tools, reporting, integrations, and security model.

• Lead stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, demos, and readiness activities for releases.

• Organize UAT activities, conduct business walkthroughs, and facilitate the adoption of new Salesforce functionalities.

• Track ongoing Salesforce initiatives and provide consistent updates on status, risks, and dependency visibility.

• Recognize recurring operational challenges and propose scalable improvements to Salesforce workflows.

• Ensure that project artifacts, requirements documentation, and communications are thorough and consistent.

• Promote continuous enhancement of Salesforce processes, workflows, and user experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar experience.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related role supporting enterprise platforms.

• Practical experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or BA role.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations.

• Experience in managing backlogs, drafting user stories, and operating in Agile / Scrum settings.

• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.
