This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Convert requirements and assist in the product roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user needs.
• Act as the main business representative for Salesforce projects, making certain that customer and stakeholder requirements are incorporated into product choices.
• Collaborate with business teams to grasp priorities and translate them into well-defined user stories, process requirements, and backlog items.
• Manage and implement a prioritized Salesforce product backlog that includes enhancements, defects, integrations, and operational improvements.
• Create comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Salesforce functionalities.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to coordinate release schedules.
• Assist in the delivery of Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related systems.
• Assess the technical feasibility of suggested features and collaborate with technical teams on solution alternatives and trade-offs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation tools, reporting, integrations, and security frameworks.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, demonstrations, and release readiness activities.
• Organize UAT activities, provide business walkthroughs, and facilitate the adoption of new Salesforce features.
• Track ongoing Salesforce projects and provide consistent status updates, highlighting risks and dependency visibility.
• Recognize recurring operational challenges and propose scalable improvements to Salesforce workflows.
• Ensure that project documentation, requirements, and communications are thorough and coherent.
• Promote continuous enhancement of Salesforce processes, workflows, and user experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role supporting enterprise platforms.
• Practical experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or BA role.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations.
• Experience managing backlogs, crafting user stories, and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
