• Interpret requirements and support the product roadmap for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and user necessities.
• Act as the main business representative for Salesforce projects, making sure customer and stakeholder needs are integrated into product decisions.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify priorities and convert them into clear user stories, process requirements, and backlog items.
• Oversee and manage a prioritized Salesforce product backlog, which includes enhancements, defects, integrations, and operational improvements.
• Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Salesforce functionalities.
• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to synchronize release efforts.
• Assist in the delivery of Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related systems.
• Assess the technical feasibility of proposed features and collaborate with technical teams on solution alternatives and trade-offs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the Salesforce data model, automation tools, reporting, integrations, and security framework.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning, demonstrations, and readiness activities for releases.
• Organize UAT activities, conduct business walkthroughs, and support the adoption of new Salesforce features.
• Track ongoing Salesforce initiatives and provide regular updates on status, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify recurring operational challenges and suggest scalable improvements to Salesforce workflows.
• Ensure project documentation, requirements artifacts, and communications are thorough and consistent.
• Promote continuous enhancement of Salesforce processes, workflows, and user experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related role supporting enterprise platforms.
• Practical experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-facing product or Business Analyst capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations.
• Experience in managing backlogs, writing user stories, and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proven ability to collaborate with developers, administrators, and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools is required.
