Product Owner I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Interpret requirements and facilitate the product roadmap for Salesforce solutions.

• Act as the main business representative for Salesforce projects.

• Collaborate with business teams to grasp priorities and convert them into precise user stories.

• Oversee and implement a prioritized Salesforce product backlog encompassing enhancements, defects, integrations, and operational enhancements.

• Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, architects, and QA teams to synchronize releases.

• Track ongoing Salesforce projects and deliver regular updates on status, risks, and visibility of dependencies.

• Recognize recurring operational challenges and propose scalable improvements for Salesforce workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related role supporting enterprise platforms.

• Practical experience with the Salesforce platform in a business-oriented product or BA role.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, reporting, flows, and integrations.

• Experience managing backlogs, crafting user stories, and operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office tools.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
