Product Owner – Financial Reconciliation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the Financial Reconciliation product line (AP/AR).

• Spot high-impact automation possibilities across workflows such as Invoice processing & validation and Accounts payable reconciliation.

• Define and oversee the product backlog, feature roadmap, and release schedules.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, and Data teams to transform workflows into structured product modules.

• Identify the Ideal Customer Profile (BPOs, shared services, enterprises with high transaction volumes) and develop go-to-market assets.

• Lead the execution of client implementations and automation rollouts, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and maintaining quality output.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Finance Operations (AP/AR, reconciliation, collections), or in BPO / Shared Services environments.

• Strong practical knowledge of end-to-end AP/AR workflows.

• Proficient with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.

• Experience in process transformation or automation initiatives.

• Familiarity with RPA, workflow tools, or AI-led automation is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.

• An MBA (Finance/Operations) from a Tier-1 institution is preferred.
