Product Owner, ERP, Odoo – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Lead the functional advancement of our ERP system Odoo, emphasizing Finance processes.

• Manage the backlog by converting business requirements into actionable work packages, establishing acceptance criteria, and ensuring comprehensive documentation.

• Prioritize features, tasks, and bugs while consistently enhancing the issue board with a well-defined structure.

• Oversee roadmap topics from initial conception to full implementation.

• Maintain oversight of scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring clear communication regarding status, risks, and decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience with Odoo.

• Senior-level proficiency in Accounting & Finance within an ERP environment (including closing, reporting, controls, and compliance).

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (such as Scrum and Kanban) alongside traditional methodologies (like waterfall and classic project management).

• A background in business or a degree in STEM/Business (or an equivalent qualification).

• Proficient written and spoken English (mandatory); knowledge of French is a plus; German is beneficial.
