This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Define and enhance the vision, goals, and roadmap for the Data Platform, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Oversee and prioritize the backlog, balancing the evolution of the platform with operations, governance, and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage in ongoing discovery to pinpoint opportunities and challenges in the user experience of the platform.
• Convert the needs of both business and technical teams into initiatives that emphasize value and user adoption.
• Serve as a liaison among Engineering, Data, AI, Governance, FinOps, and various business sectors.
• Manage the trade-offs between speed, autonomy, control, and efficiency.
• Track platform metrics, including adoption, quality, lead time, efficiency, and costs.
• Advocate for concepts such as self-service, governance, observability, and reliability.
• Facilitate executive alignments and assist in making strategic decisions.
• Extensive experience in managing digital products, particularly data platforms, cloud solutions, or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to establish a vision, prioritize initiatives, and develop a roadmap that is focused on delivering value.
• Experience working in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with discovery processes and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of product metrics such as KPIs and OKRs.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and principles of continuous improvement.
• Awareness of data platforms, cloud services, and governance practices.
