This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Curate, prioritize, and manage the team backlog, ensuring that items are prepared for planning and aligned with the product strategy.

• Lead backlog refinement sessions and collaborate with UX design and engineering to define specifications and testability.

• Establish and maintain the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done in conjunction with the team.

• Ensure the achievement of PI Objectives while identifying risks and dependencies.

• Evaluate and either accept or reject completed backlog items based on acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.

• Monitor and report on team KPIs, ensuring transparency through backlogs, boards, and metrics.

• Guarantee built-in quality, testability, and automation readiness for all backlog items.

• Collaborate with other Product Owners and Architects to manage interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements.

• Pursue continuous improvement in processes, practices, and product outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner within an agile software development setting, particularly related to Data, Reporting, and AI.

• Strong capability to convert product roadmaps into tangible backlog items and actionable requirements.

• Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and practices for backlog management.

• Comprehensive understanding of Product Management with a passion for co-innovation alongside customers.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities—capable of clarifying intent, aligning priorities, and engaging customers effectively.

• An analytical, structured, and value-focused mindset with the capacity to balance competing priorities.

• Proficiency in English.
