Product Owner, Data, Analytics & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Curate, prioritize, and sustain the team backlog, ensuring that items are prepared for planning and aligned with the product strategy.

• Lead backlog refinement and collaborate with UX design and engineering on specifications and testability.

• Define and maintain the Definition of Ready and Definition of Done with the team.

• Ensure the delivery of PI Objectives while identifying risks and dependencies.

• Accept or reject completed backlog items based on acceptance criteria and DoD.

• Monitor and report on team KPIs to ensure transparency through backlogs, boards, and metrics.

• Ensure built-in quality, testability, and automation readiness across backlog items.

• Collaborate with other Product Owners and Architects to manage interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements.

• Aim for continuous improvement in processes, practices, and product outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in an agile software development setting, particularly in the areas of Data, Reporting, and AI.

• Strong capability to translate product roadmaps into tangible backlog items and actionable requirements.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/SAFe) and practices in backlog management.

• Solid understanding of Product Management with a passion for co-innovation with customers.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—capable of clarifying intent, aligning priorities, and engaging customers.

• Analytical, structured, and value-driven mindset with the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Proficiency in English.
