Product Owner, Cloud Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership, enhance, and prioritize the team's backlog to optimize both customer satisfaction and business value.

• Compose clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, QA, Documentation, and Support.

• Make prompt decisions regarding scope, trade-offs, and story acceptance to maintain an uninterrupted delivery flow.

• Effectively coordinate across various time zones with distributed teams.

• Engage in customer interviews and collect feedback from external stakeholders.

• Support and actively participate in agile ceremonies and release activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of owning and delivering measurable business results.

• Demonstrated experience managing backlogs, crafting user stories and acceptance criteria, and participating in PI planning.

• Hands-on experience with backlog/ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.

• A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Capacity to work across multiple time zones and willingness to travel occasionally.
