This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage the product backlog for batch processing, including prioritizing sprints and facilitating engineering ceremonies.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to establish feature priorities over multiple quarters based on customer impact, regulatory needs, and technical dependencies.
• Work alongside Sales, Customer Success, and implementation teams to identify gaps and provide top-tier batch processing solutions.
• Develop detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) that outline functional specifications, processing workflows, error handling scenarios, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Accurately define batch job sequencing, scheduling logic, and reconciliation workflows suitable for financial transaction processing.
• Facilitate technical review sessions with engineering teams before development to confirm requirements and identify implementation risks.
• Collaborate with Security and Compliance teams to ensure that batch processes adhere to regulatory and data integrity standards.
• Partner with other Equity Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure smooth integration of batch processing with related modules.
• Work with Professional Services on customer implementations, setting best practices for efficient batch configuration and execution.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing on feature positioning and communication regarding releases.
• Liaise with Compliance and Legal teams to tackle regulatory considerations that impact batch event processing.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers and internal stakeholders to gain insights into operational challenges and batch processing needs.
• Conduct demonstrations and training sessions for customers and internal teams on batch processing functionalities.
• At least 1 year of experience in product management or as a product owner, ideally in B2B SaaS settings.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex SaaS features or platform capabilities from initial concept to launch.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective prioritization abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build consensus among a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of equity compensation events, such as option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, ESPP purchase cycles, and related participant transactions.
• Knowledge of batch processing principles, job scheduling, and high-volume data processing within financial services or SaaS platforms.
• Understanding of reconciliation workflows and data integrity requirements for processing equity transactions.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
