Product Owner

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the scrum process from its initiation to delivery.

• Act as a bridge between the product owner, development team, and management to ensure that all objectives and requirements are fulfilled.

• Ensure that team members are aware of the project goals.

• Maintain the product backlog and release schedule, facilitating team productivity by organizing meetings and eliminating obstacles that may hinder the achievement of the team's sprint objectives.

• Maintain adaptability and the capacity to swiftly respond to changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree (Required)

• 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)

• Experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree or Certification
