This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert prioritized product initiatives and epics into comprehensive functional and technical requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Oversee and organize the product backlog for designated product areas or engineering teams, ensuring that items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to ensure that product strategy and roadmap initiatives are accurately represented in backlog priorities and delivery plans.

• Work in tandem with Engineering, Design, and Quality teams to clarify requirements, address inquiries, and facilitate the effective implementation of product functionality.

• Lead or facilitate backlog refinement sessions to ensure that stories meet the established Definition of Ready standards prior to sprint planning.

• Ensure that functional and technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the delivered product functionality.

• Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote effective agile delivery practices.

• Collaborate with QA and engineering teams to ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly defined and that solutions meet the expected functionality and quality standards.

• Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, or ambiguities that may affect delivery timelines or solution quality.

• Support the ongoing improvement of delivery processes, documentation practices, and backlog management standards within the Product Delivery organization.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a product, business analysis, delivery, or technical role within a SaaS or technology setting.

• Experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with Scrum or similar iterative delivery methodologies.

• Proven ability to translate business or product requirements into clear functional specifications or user stories.

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail in documentation and requirements definition.

• Experience with tools like JIRA or other backlog management platforms.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Design.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
