This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• The product owner plays a crucial role in ensuring that LeadingReach’s offerings meet high standards for both customers and the market while remaining user-friendly and refreshing.

• This individual must possess the ability to comprehend the product’s scope and articulate requirements for new or existing features to stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and customers.

• With a thorough understanding of how LeadingReach products are utilized by customers, the product owner is expected to wireframe new tools and workflows, as well as provide insights on current feature sets to enhance user experience.

• As a product owner, this person is anticipated to advance their knowledge within the healthcare industry and apply it effectively to the projects they undertake.

• Product owners are responsible for drafting user stories, creating mock-ups, managing user acceptance testing (UAT), and prioritizing both new features and technical debt.

• Furthermore, product owners should be well-versed in the software development life cycle within an Agile framework, familiar with various testing methodologies and best practices, and lead their implementation and continuous improvement across teams.

• Consequently, a strong emphasis on communication and collaboration is essential.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least two (2) years of experience in a product role related to software products.

• Proficient in scoping RESTful APIs and Single Page Applications.

• Familiarity with JIRA for creating and managing user stories or similar tools such as Rally.

• Experience with Scrum and Kanban or other Agile development methodologies.

• Background in the healthcare sector, with knowledge of HIPAA, Meaningful Use, MIPS/MACRA, HL7, CCD/C-CDA, and Electronic Health Records System Integrations considered a plus.

• Intermediate skills in writing user stories or specifications.

• Intermediate proficiency with JIRA or comparable Agile management tools like Rally.

• Intermediate experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, in-product AI enhancements, etc.).

• Intermediate capability in creating mock-ups and wireframes.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.

• Must demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude and treat all individuals with utmost respect.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
