Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of business objectives and convert complex requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

• Backlog Ownership: Establish and strategically prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns closely with overarching business goals and customer demands.

• Delivery Excellence: Partner with the development team to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of product features.

• Roadmap Communication: Clearly communicate and advocate for the product vision and roadmap to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Performance Monitoring: Assess product performance using data-driven insights to facilitate ongoing optimization efforts.

• Agile Leadership: Facilitate impactful sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.

• Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary contact for all product-related inquiries and cross-functional challenges.

• Feedback Loop: Continuously collect and integrate feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance and refine the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: 5–7 years of relevant experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Designer, or Business Analyst.

• Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in managing mobile applications or digital products.

• Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds.

• Agile Expertise: Strong, hands-on understanding of Agile methodologies, especially the Scrum framework.

• Feature Prioritization: Proven capability to define and decisively prioritize product features based on business value and customer requirements.

• PRD Craftsmanship: Highly skilled in developing comprehensive and precise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• AI Tool Fluency: Proficient in utilizing Claude as an AI tool to enhance efficiency in daily operations.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within fast-paced environments.

• Tooling: Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Language: Proficient in English.
