Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Address challenging and ambiguous questions with thoroughness and autonomy, taking ownership of projects from defining the problem to delivering the final recommendation.

• Lead new or early-stage initiatives or products, often assuming multiple roles to achieve success.

• Contribute to the product roadmap for Bask by utilizing competitive and user insights to assist Product Managers and Engineering teams in prioritizing tasks.

• Establish and uphold a clear and compelling product roadmap that aligns with Bask Health's mission, ensuring the team remains focused on delivering impactful solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to facilitate product development from conception to launch.

• Interact with customers, patients, and partners to gather insights, ensuring that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and address real-world challenges.

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of all product decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably within the software domain (experience in telehealth is an advantage).

• 1+ year(s) of experience with Javascript/Typescript.

• 1+ year(s) of experience in Engineering.

• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to convert complex data into actionable strategies.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in collaborating across diverse, cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (ClickUp) and a git workflow.
