Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Address challenging and unclear questions with thoroughness and autonomy, taking full responsibility for projects from defining the problem to delivering the final recommendation.

• Spearhead new or early-stage initiatives or products, often assuming multiple roles concurrently to achieve success.

• Contribute to the product roadmap for Bask by utilizing competitive analysis and user insights to assist Product Managers and Engineering teams in prioritization.

• Establish and uphold a clear and compelling product roadmap that aligns with Bask Health's mission, ensuring the team is dedicated to delivering impactful solutions.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to propel product development from conception to launch.

• Interact with customers, patients, and partners to collect insights, guaranteeing that products are intuitive, user-friendly, and address real-world issues.

• Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that user requirements are at the forefront of all product decisions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the software industry (experience in telehealth is a plus).

• 1+ years of JavaScript/TypeScript experience.

• 1+ years of Engineering experience.

• Ability to excel under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of transforming complex data into actionable strategies.

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with experience in diverse, cross-functional team environments.

• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (such as ClickUp) and a Git flow.
