This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Take ownership of and oversee the product backlog, ensuring tasks are prioritized based on business value and customer impact.

• Assist in managing issues within both Hubspot and Github.

• Deeply understand and analyze product feedback from users of Ava products.

• Transform feedback into actionable product requirements for bug fixes and feature enhancements.

• Provide stakeholders with updates regarding their tickets.

• Organize and lead meetings related to ticket management.

• Plan and coordinate forthcoming releases.

• Maintain documentation for releases and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

• Collect and present monthly metrics.

• Collaborate with team members to guide projects from conception to delivery.

• Contribute to and assist in the creation of process documentation.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or a similar product-centric role.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience in Agile development environments.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, GitHub, HubSpot, or similar platforms is considered advantageous.

• Background in healthcare, health technology, or regulated industries is viewed as a strong asset, though not mandatory.
